AN INVITATION-LED EXECUTIVE AI EXPERIENCE
PALMA AI INTENSIVE 2028
Three days. One island. A room selected for what happens next.
A build-intensive gathering for executives, founders, investors, researchers and operators who want to work with frontier AI — not watch another conference talk about it.
NOT A CONFERENCE
You do not come to Palma to sit in an audience.
You arrive for a deliberately concentrated experience: one selected cohort, a small number of frontier teams, real problems and three days designed to keep the most valuable conversations inside the same orbit.
The programme is only half of the product. The other half is the room, the island, the time between sessions and the people you keep meeting again.
THE ISLAND IS PART OF THE FORMAT
Arrive. Stay. Build. Leave changed.
Palma is not a backdrop. The first edition is designed around the feeling that, for a few days, the people in this room are living inside the same temporary world.
Work happens in the labs. Relationships continue over breakfast, on terraces, at dinner and through the city. The ambition is intimacy and density — not conference-scale footfall.
SIX FRONTIER LABS
Build capabilities that should matter in 2028–2030.
If a capability becomes ordinary before the event, it gets replaced. Palma starts where basic AI adoption ends.
World Models + Synthetic Futures
Model a market, system or physical environment. Generate alternate futures and test real decisions before capital moves.
Outcome Systems
Build a permissioned system that starts from an outcome, assembles capabilities and adapts during execution.
Machine Customers + Machine Trust
Make a business discoverable, verifiable and negotiable by buying agents — then see whether machines choose it.
Products + Prices That Assemble Themselves
Compose offers, interfaces, terms and prices around authorised customer intent rather than a fixed catalogue.
From Simulation to Physical Action
Connect digital twins, sensors and physical AI with explicit authority boundaries, then close the feedback loop.
Discovery Systems + The Future Factory
Connect the six labs into one live environment and make the system respond when conditions change.
THE ROOM MATTERS
One intensive. Many conversations that never make it onto a stage.
FRONTIER LAB PARTNERS
Technology, faculty and implementation in the same room.
Palma will work with a small number of frontier companies whose technology can make a lab real. No partner is displayed as confirmed until formally agreed.
Palma defines the capability.
The learning outcome stays independent from a sponsor's marketing calendar.
The partner brings the stack.
Technology, sandbox, infrastructure and implementation engineers make the build possible.
The cohort builds for real.
No pure product demos. The technology is there because participants are using it.
Founding partners will be announced as agreements are confirmed. No company name or logo is displayed as a confirmed partner without written approval.
