Admissions data

When admissions open, applicants may be asked for only the professional information reasonably needed to evaluate fit for the cohort, such as:

  • CV or résumé;
  • current role, organisation and professional profile;
  • relevant AI, technology, business, research or investment experience;
  • short application answers about what the applicant is building, leading, solving or hoping to contribute.

Why we use it

Admissions information is intended to be used to review applications, build a coherent selected cohort, communicate an admissions decision, administer an accepted place, plan the programme and provide participant support.

We do not treat submission of an application as consent to unrelated promotional use.

Selection

Applications are reviewed individually. Applying does not guarantee admission. The admissions process is designed to evaluate professional fit and contribution to the cohort, not to collect unnecessary personal information.

Palma AI Intensive 2028 is not open registration. A CV or résumé and relevant professional background form part of the intended admissions process.

Who may process the data

Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for admissions, event administration, hosting, document handling, communications, security or payment processing. We do not publish applicant CVs or professional application materials.

Participant information will not be transferred to sponsors or partners for their own marketing unless there is an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, a clear participant choice or consent.

Retention

Application and participant data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for admissions, event administration, legal obligations, disputes and legitimate recordkeeping. The specific retention schedule and deletion process will be fixed and disclosed before the application form opens.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact above.

No application payment or programme payment is being accepted through this page today. When payment opens, payment processing details and the relevant provider information will be disclosed before money is collected.
